In addition, we will not utilize any specific personal information beyond the purpose of utilization of such information, even if the consent of the person identified by the information has been obtained.

Upon receipt of a request for disclosure, etc. of retained personal data handled by us, we will verify that the requesting person is the person identified by the relevant data by checking a necessary document or receiving a copy of such document (e.g., driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, resident record, registered seal certificate, individual number card). In the case of an agent, we will verify the agent, for example, by checking an extract of the agent’s family register or other documents certifying the qualification of the agent as a statutory agent in addition to the above document, the power of attorney, and a registered seal certificate of the seal affixed to the power of attorney.
We may charge a prescribed fee for requests for notification of the purpose of use or disclosure (including disclosure of records of provision to third parties) of retained personal data handled by us.

Our Company does not handle personal data in foreign countries.

*10: The term “intermediary service to discontinue a contract for retail service, etc.” means that, upon receipt of an application for conclusion of a new contract for retail service, etc. from a customer, the business operator makes a request for termination of the existing contract for retail service, etc. to the customer’s current business operator on behalf of the customer.
